An automatic opening vent or AOV is a commonly used method of smoke control within lobbies and stairwells of residential buildings. The vents form part of the fire strategy and as such need to be maintained to ensure correct operation. Our engineers are trained to meet British Standards and are experts in maintaining a wide range of vent types.
